what we offer
Everything from first meeting to final install
01
Consultation
Your project starts with a detailed, creative consultation. We take the time to understand your ideas, needs, expectations, lifestyle, and the budget you're working within. Whether you come to us with a rough idea or a detailed vision, we know how to ask the right questions to get the full picture.
What to bring
Rough measurements or a floor plan if you have one. Photos of spaces you love. Notes on what isn't working in your current space. Our designers will take it from there.
02
Custom Design Plan
After your consultation, our designers get to work. Using your measurements and requests, they produce detailed computerized drawings that illustrate your new space. We coordinate colors for cabinetry, counters, backsplash, flooring, hardware, and appliances — looking at your project as a complete entity, not just the cabinets.
What you get
3D computerized drawings of your finished space. Cabinet selections laid out in full. Color and finish coordination across every surface. A design you approve before anything is ordered.
03
Jobsite Measurement Visit
Once you've approved your design, we make a jobsite visit to verify measurements and confirm the integrity of your plan before anything is ordered. This step ensures your design translates perfectly from drawings to reality — no surprises during installation.
Why it matters
Even the best designs need to be verified against real-world conditions. This visit catches issues before they become costly problems.
04
Installation Advice
We work closely with your contractor or trim carpenter, or we can provide referrals from our list of experienced installers who work regularly with our clients. We welcome do-it-yourselfers too. Our goal is to make sure your new cabinets get installed right, whoever is doing the work.
Flexible options
Bring your own contractor. Use one of our trusted installer referrals. Or do it yourself — we support all three approaches and are happy to answer questions along the way.
05
Doors, Windows & Lumber
If your project requires new doors or windows, we can coordinate a meeting with our door and window specialist from West Michigan Lumber. From exterior to interior doors, windows to specialty trim, we've partnered with the best manufacturers to ensure quality and service you can count on.

Post-Delivery Support
Our relationship doesn't end when your cabinets are delivered. We're here for jobsite visits with your installer, ordering additional product to complete your project, and making sure everything finishes perfectly. Our partner manufacturers also stand behind their product warranties — you're covered long after install day.
Manufacturer warranties
Every brand we carry stands behind their products with manufacturer warranties. If something isn't right, we advocate on your behalf to make it right.
